Instructions for Pallet Specification *SOP from Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC)

GUIDELINES & SPECIFICATIONS

To comply with scanning and handling requirements, each pallet should be built to the following specification:

  1. Pallet size: maximum 120cm width x 120 cm length, with maximum height of 130cm.

  2. Maximum weight per pallet: 750kg.

  3. Each pallet should be wrapped with 4 layers of clear shrink plastic wrap, and secured with plastic binding.

Instructions for Relief Items

  1. All items shall have a minimum expiry date of December 2024 (i.e. at least 1 year from date of handover to OPS IHSAN Secretariat).

  2. All items / boxes shall be labeled according to the list provided by the donor / organization in this form. This include name of donor / organization, relief type and item, weight of box, and quantity of items in the box.
